What To Include

  • The email address on your Humanproof account, if you have one.
  • The Verification Challenge link or token, if your question is about a specific challenge.
  • Your device type, iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened.

Account Help

You can delete your account in the app from Profile after signing in. If you cannot access the app, email support and include the email address connected to the account.

Troubleshooting

  • If a Verification Challenge link is expired, ask the creator to send a new one.
  • If camera or location checks fail, confirm the app has permission in device settings.
  • If App Clip does not open, try the same link in Safari or install the full app.
